Agreement
By accessing the website or using Animora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app. Feature-specific notices, store rules, or policy pages may apply in addition to these Terms.
Service provider
Animora: AI Video Maker is published by RAZ MUHAMMAD WOOD COMPANY ( PRIVATE ) LIMITED. Support questions, data requests, bug reports, and policy questions can be sent to support@animoraai.net.
Eligibility
You may use Animora only if you are legally allowed to do so and can comply with these Terms. You are responsible for the prompts, images, media, account activity, and support messages you submit.
Changes to these Terms
Animora may update these Terms when product features, app-store requirements, legal obligations, security practices, or operating needs change. The updated page will show the latest effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply where permitted by law.
Service description
Animora provides a website, support channel, policy pages, and an AI video product that may allow users to create short videos from prompts and selected visual inputs. The exact features, limits, supported formats, regions, platforms, and availability may differ by app version, device, account status, or platform review status.
Accounts
Some features may require an account or platform identity. Users are responsible for the accuracy of account information, maintaining control of login credentials, and all activity that occurs through their account, unless the activity results from Animora's failure to use reasonable security measures.
License to use the app
Animora grants users a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website and use the app for lawful personal or internal creative purposes. Users do not receive ownership of app code, website design, product names, images, documentation, or other company materials.
Mobile app and store rules
If Animora is downloaded through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another distribution platform, the user's download, billing, cancellation, updates, device permissions, and platform support may also be governed by that platform's rules. If there is a conflict related to platform-controlled billing or distribution, the platform rules may control that issue.
AI video features
Animora may let users generate short videos from prompts and selected visual inputs. Generation results can vary, and users should review outputs before use. A generated output may not be unique to one user if similar prompts or common styles are used by others.
No professional advice
Animora is a creative product. Content generated or displayed by the app is not legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice. Users should not rely on generated outputs as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
User content
Users are responsible for having the rights needed to submit prompts, images, media, and other materials. Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy or publicity rights, contains illegal material, or violates platform rules.
User ownership
Except for rights granted in these Terms, Animora does not claim ownership of prompts, uploaded images, uploaded media, or other materials that users submit. Users keep whatever rights they already have in their own content, subject to applicable law and rights of others.
Limited content license
When a user submits content to Animora, the user grants Animora a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content only as needed to provide the requested feature, support, safety review, account controls, legal compliance, and service reliability.
Generated outputs
Subject to these Terms, platform rules, and applicable law, users may use generated outputs for lawful personal or business purposes. Users are responsible for checking whether an output is suitable for the intended use, whether additional rights or permissions are needed, and whether the output could be misleading, harmful, or infringing.
No training use
Animora does not use user prompts, uploaded images, uploaded media, or generated videos to train general AI or foundation models. More detail appears in the AI Privacy Terms.
AI data handling
AI generation inputs and generated videos are handled under the AI Privacy Terms. Generation runs on Animora-controlled infrastructure operated for the product, and generation content is deleted from Animora servers no later than 36 hours after creation unless the user deletes it sooner.
Prohibited use
- Do not use Animora to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or infringing content.
- Do not impersonate others, misrepresent real events, or violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety, security, usage, payment, rate-limit, or account controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or access non-public systems or data.
- Do not submit malware, credentials, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Do not use Animora to generate or distribute sexual exploitation content, non-consensual intimate content, threats, instructions for wrongdoing, or content that targets protected characteristics.
- Do not use outputs to deceive people about real events, identity, consent, authority, evidence, or endorsement.
Safety and enforcement
Animora may investigate suspected misuse, restrict features, remove or limit access to content, preserve records needed for review, suspend access, or take other reasonable action when needed for safety, legal compliance, platform rules, or service integrity.
Reporting content or bugs
Users can report bugs, unsafe outputs, suspected misuse, account problems, or policy concerns by emailing support@animoraai.net. Reports should include the product name, approximate time, device type, app version if known, and only the information needed to understand the issue.
Accounts and deletion
If Animora provides account features, users are responsible for account access and activity. Account deletion can be requested in the app profile or settings area when available, or by contacting support if the in-app control is unavailable.
Termination by user
Users may stop using Animora at any time. Removing the app from a device may not cancel active subscriptions or remove all account-linked information; users should use app-store subscription controls, in-app deletion tools, or support requests as applicable.
Termination or restriction by Animora
Animora may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates risk for others, abuses payments or refunds, interferes with the service, violates law or platform rules, or creates operational or security risk. Where practical, Animora may provide notice unless doing so would create risk or be legally restricted.
Purchases and subscriptions
If Animora offers paid features, credits, or subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund tools are generally handled by the store that processed the purchase. Entitlements may be adjusted based on store transaction records.
Credits and entitlements
Paid or promotional credits, diamonds, usage allowances, subscriptions, or other entitlements may be limited by app version, account status, region, device, fraud prevention review, expiration rules, or platform transaction records. Unless required by law, unused virtual items may not be redeemable for cash.
Refunds
Refund requests for store purchases should be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play. If a store approves a refund, Animora may remove or adjust the related access, credits, subscription status, or other entitlement.
Cancellation
Deleting the app or deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription handled by an app store. Users should manage cancellation through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the platform that processed the purchase.
Support
Support requests can be sent to support@animoraai.net. Include the product name, app version, device type, approximate issue time, and only the details needed to understand the request.
Intellectual property
Animora's website, app interface, product names, visual assets, generated site images, documentation, and related materials are owned by the developer or its licensors. Users may not copy or reuse those materials except as allowed by law or written permission.
Feedback
If a user sends suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or other feedback, Animora may use that feedback without obligation to compensate the user, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Users should not send confidential information as feedback.
Copyright and rights complaints
Rights holders may contact support about content they believe infringes their rights. A notice should include enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, contact details, a statement of authority, and any other information required by applicable law.
Third-party platforms
App stores, operating systems, payment platforms, and linked websites may have separate terms and privacy policies. Those terms may control downloads, billing, updates, refunds, subscriptions, permissions, and platform support.
Third-party links
The website or app may link to app stores, developer pages, operating system services, or other websites. Animora is not responsible for content, availability, security, or policies of websites and platforms it does not operate.
Availability and changes
Animora may add, change, suspend, or remove features for maintenance, product quality, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or operational reasons. Some features may require a specific app version, account status, device capability, region, or platform approval.
Service interruptions
Animora may be unavailable or slower during maintenance, heavy demand, network failures, security events, platform outages, model updates, storage operations, or other technical conditions. Users should keep their own copies of important outputs when lawful and practical.
Device permissions
Certain features may require access to photos, camera, storage, notifications, or other device permissions. Users can manage permissions through the app or device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent related features from working.
Privacy
Animora's Privacy Policy and AI Privacy Terms explain how information is collected, used, retained, and deleted. By using Animora, users acknowledge that information is processed as described in those policies.
Beta, preview, or experimental features
Some features may be marked or treated as beta, preview, experimental, limited, or subject to platform approval. Such features may change, produce unexpected results, be restricted, or be removed without becoming generally available.
Electronic communications
Users consent to receive service-related communications electronically, including policy updates, support replies, account notices, security notices, purchase-related notices, and app-store or platform messages where applicable.
Export and sanctions compliance
Users may not use Animora where doing so would violate export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, or other applicable trade laws. Users are responsible for complying with laws that apply to their location and use of the app.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights, refund rights, warranty rights, or other protections that apply under law. If a mandatory legal protection conflicts with these Terms, that protection controls to the extent of the conflict.
Disclaimers
The website and app are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. Animora does not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in every region, or suitable for every use case.
No warranty for outputs
Animora does not promise that generated outputs will be accurate, unique, legally usable for every purpose, free from artifacts, or accepted by any platform. Users should review and, where appropriate, edit or label outputs before publication.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Animora and the developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or app.
Liability cap
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Animora's total liability for claims connected with the website or app will not exceed the amount the user paid for Animora in the six months before the claim, or USD 100 if no amount was paid, unless a mandatory law requires a different result.
Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, users agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of Animora, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.
Dispute handling
Before starting a formal dispute, users are encouraged to contact support with a clear description of the issue and the requested resolution. This does not prevent users from using rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's registered location, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer or platform rules require a different law or forum.
Governing law and remaining terms
These Terms apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
Users may not assign these Terms or transfer account access without permission. Animora may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, financing, or other business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, AI Privacy Terms, Refund Policy, app-store terms, and feature-specific notices, form the agreement for use of Animora. Section headings are for convenience and do not limit the meaning of the Terms.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@animoraai.net. Users should include the product name and enough context for Animora to understand the request.
