Purpose of this notice
Animora provides this separate AI Privacy Terms page so users can understand the data flow for AI video generation without searching through general legal text.
Generation inputs
- Text prompts and creative instructions entered by the user.
- Images or media selected by the user when a feature needs visual input.
- Generation settings, style choices, and account identifiers needed to deliver the requested result.
- Generated videos and previews needed for the user to view, reuse, delete, or report the result.
Processing location
Generation data is processed only on Animora-controlled infrastructure operated for the product. User prompts, uploaded inputs, and generated videos remain within that self-hosted generation environment.
No general model training
Animora does not use user prompts, uploaded images, uploaded media, generated videos, or support attachments to train general AI or foundation models.
Images and face-related data
Uploaded images are used as visual input for the requested generation. Animora does not perform facial recognition, does not extract facial geometry templates, and does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images.
Storage window
Prompts, uploaded inputs, and generated videos are kept only for creation history, review, reuse, safety handling, account controls, and support during the limited storage window. They are deleted from Animora servers no later than 36 hours after creation unless deletion happens sooner.
User deletion controls
When a user deletes a creation or account, Animora deletes associated generation content from active systems subject to legal, security, transaction, and dispute handling limits. Some backup or log records may expire on a separate technical cycle.
Support and reports
Users can contact support@animoraai.net for AI data questions, deletion requests, account requests, or reports about generated content. Include only the information needed to identify the request.
First-use notice
Where the app presents an AI data notice before first use of generation features, users should review it before submitting prompts or media. Generation begins only after the user chooses to use the relevant feature.
